Trick of the Day : Windows 7 GodMode

There is no doubt that Windows is one of the best OS available in market but sometimes it could be annoying to find few options easily. You can use this trick to create a place called GodMode from where you can access all the important features.

A hidden developer shortcut creates the God Mode folder.

What Is GodMode?

GodMode is actually a hidden (or, at least it used to be hidden) developer shortcut in Windows 7 that provides more direct access to features and functions of the operating system. To be clear, GodMode doesn’t add functionality. But it helps administrators work more efficiently by collecting all these tweaks and controls in one place.

Steps to access GodMode in Windows 7:

1.) Open notepad and copy-paste the exact code shown here. (* for more options see the code at end of post.)

mkdir “God Mode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

2.) Now save the file as .bat file  (for example mac.bat) on Desktop.

3.)Run the file that you just created, you’ll find an Icon called GodMode.

4.)Double Click the “GodMode” icon.

* P.S :
